The QC-Aid™ incorporated in a solder paste harnesses UV-light allowing for immediate visual PCB contamination inspection without complex testing equipment or training. Specially designed for tin-bismuth applications, STIRRI LT-HF ensures exceptional soldering performance while maintaining the longevity and reliability of delicate electronic components promoting mechanical properties of Bismuth-containing alloys while enabling instant optional visual QC.
Quick Dry Conformal Nano-Coating - Viable Electronics Protection
STIRRI HydraCoat™ protects electronics from humidity and liquid spills - PCB continues to function even if fully submerged!
Street lighting, beach and marine installations, radars, boating, automotive, medical devices - used where PCB may have harmful contact with liquids/spills or humid air!
Conformal-nano coating dries to touch in less than 8 seconds. Fully translucent and invisible. 2% polymer is only 0.1µm nano-thick. Doesn't require masking or curing - self cures in 24 hours or in 10 minutes under 50ºC. Traceable or untraceable in UV-light.
